Konakion MM is used to treat haemorrhage or the risk of haemorrhage caused by severe hypoprothrombinaemia from various causes. It serves as an antidote to anticoagulants of the Coumarin or Warfarin type. Phytomenadione is the preferred treatment for reversing anticoagulant effects, particularly from warfarin or coumarin, as recommended by several major clinical guidelines.
