Procedure
  1. Remove collection device from test cylinder
  2. Place the collection device/sponge in donors mouth and move over the tongue and into both cheeks to collect as much saliva as possible. Repeat for approx. 3 minutes.
  3. Place collection device back in cylinder and tighten cap
  4. Read results at approx. 5 minutes.
