Halyard Absorbent Tray Liners are manufactured from highly absorbent hydroknit material capable of absorbing up to five times their own weight in water. The thick, dense construction provides effective cushioning to help protect instruments during sterilisation, transportation, and storage.
When placed between the sterilisation wrap and tray—particularly around corners—these liners help reduce tearing and abrasion of the wrap, supporting package integrity and minimising the need for reprocessing. Halyard Absorbent Tray Liners are suitable for use in both Pre-Vacuum Steam and Ethylene Oxide (EO) sterilisation processes.
