Karen Newby is a Registered Nurse and Clinical Development Manager for TENA, with close to 40 years of experience in healthcare. She is a Certified Continence Nurse Advisor and leads national clinical and education initiatives, including the popular “TENA Tuesdays” webinar series.

Alongside her clinical work, Karen is a qualified Integrative Health Practitioner and Personal Trainer, currently studying nutrition. She brings a holistic lens to continence care—passionate about supporting people to live with strength, dignity, and vitality at every stage of life.
