The Chair Lateral Supports are designed to help stop people leaning forward, or to the side, without applying a full restraint.
The foam Supports are fitted to the wheelchair with one on each side. There are two connecting straps that are done up around the back of the chair. They are primarily designed to use on wheelchairs, but they may be suitable for some other chairs.
The Supports are made from a firm foam, with convolutions on the curved top. This is to help prevent a pressure sore under the arm pit, if the person is resting on this section.
