  • Tinted antiseptic applied to patient’s skin prior to invasive medical procedures. Reduces bacteria that can cause skin infection and may also be used to maintain vascular access sites.
  • Use with care in premature infants or infants under 2 months of age.
  • Solution is flammable. Use in a well-ventilated area.
  • Clean the application site is visibly soiled.
  • Pour the solution into a suitable sterile container.
  • Apply at a rate of approximately 1 ml of solution per 43 cm2 of skin to be treated.
  • Completely wet the treatment area with antiseptic.
  • Do not bring the applicator back over a previously wiped skin
  • Use in a well-ventilated area.
  • Use with care in premature infants or infants under 2 months of age. These products may cause irritation or chemical burns.
