MELAprint 80 Network-Compatible Label Printer
The MELAprint 80 is a network-capable label printer designed for seamless communication with MELAtrace software, Prime Line, Careclave, and Vacuclave 550. It can be connected directly to the device’s network interface or integrated into the existing practice network for streamlined workflow and documentation.
Once a sterilization cycle is successfully completed and released on the device screen, the MELAprint 80 automatically prints labels for identifying and documenting wrapped instruments—eliminating the need for a dedicated PC or additional release software in the reprocessing area.
Label Information Includes:
- Device and program used for sterilization
- Sterilization date
- Daily and total batch numbers
- Storage period of sterilized items
- Personnel identifiers for cycle initiation, release, and label printing
- Barcode for simplified digital documentation
The MELAprint 80 also functions as a log printer for the new Pro and Prime Line devices, as well as for earlier generations such as Profi Class, Euroklav, MELAquick 12+, and MELAtronic® 15 EN+.
